UK SHIPPING

We aim to dispatch orders within 3–5 working days, shipping via Royal Mail Tracked 48. You'll get an email when your order is on its way! Need faster delivery? Contact us before placing your order to arrange a signed-for or speedier service.

Shipping Options

  • Royal Mail Tracked 2nd Class, dispatched in 2–4 working days.
  • Royal Mail Tracked 1st Class, dispatched in 2–3 working days.
  • Royal Mail Tracked & Signed for 1st Class, dispatched in 1–2 working days.
  • Royal Mail Guaranteed by 1pm & Signed for, dispatched next day
  • Click & Collect: Free collection from Francis Road, Leyton (E10). Add a note at checkout, and any postage paid will be refunded when you collect your order.

Please note: Once an item has been posted it is out of my hands and beyond my control. All items are posted in letterbox friendly packages, allowing them to be posted though your letterbox (unless you chose a Signed for option, which will require someone present to receive and sign for the parcel)  You will receive a tracking number with your parcel to track here: https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

From 5th December 2024, I won’t be able to ship to Northern Ireland or the EU due to incoming GPSR regulations. I’m working on a solution for 2025 and hope to ship internationally again soon.


PACKAGING

Your order will arrive in fully recyclable packaging. We use uncoated card stock and sturdy, letterbox-friendly boxes, all wrapped in tissue paper.

RETURNS

I want you to be delighted with your Forge+Thread items! If you're unhappy, email me at hello@forgeandthread.co.uk within 10 working days to arrange a return, exchange, or refund.

  • Items must be in their original packaging / backing cards and in a saleable condition.
  • For hygiene reasons, used earrings are non-refundable, unless faulty on delivery.

If your item is faulty, contact me within 10 working days, and I’ll sort it out.

To return items, we recommend using recorded delivery or keeping proof of postage, as I can’t refund products lost or damaged in transit. Return postage costs are not covered.
