UK SHIPPING

We send orders via Royal Mail. We endeavour to dispatch all orders within 3-5 days and they should be with you in 2-7 working days. We'll let you know when your order has been dispatched. If you’d like a speedier or signed for service please get in touch before you place your order. 

 

UK Shipping options

Standard postage: All items are posted out via Royal Mail 2nd Class, items are dispatched within 5-7 working days 

Royal Mail 1st Class is available as an upgrade, items are dispatched within 3-5 working days

Free Click & Collect from Francis Road, Leyton London E10. If you would like to collect your items, please add a note to your order and any postage paid will be refunded back to your payment method on collection.

Currently I am unable to ship internationally, but am working on a solution for the future

  

PACKAGING

We are proud to provide fully recyclable packaging, all items arrive wrapped in tissue paper in a sturdy letterbox friendly box.

If you wish to add a handwritten personalised gift message, please adda note to your purchase or contact me once you have made your purchase :)

  

RETURNS

We want you to be happy with your Forge+Thread items. If you're dissatisfied please contact us at hello@forgeandthread.co.uk to arrange a return, exchange or refund within 10 working days of receiving your order. All items will need to be unopened in their original packaging in saleable 'as new' condition. 

Due to hygiene reasons, earrings that have been used are non-refundable. I will happily refund or exchange if there is a fault with item at point of delivery, please contact us within 10 working days of receiving the item and I will do my best to remedy the problem.

We recommend sending your unwanted items back via recorded delivery or obtain proof of postage as we cannot refund products damaged or lost in transit. Unfortunately we cannot cover the cost of return postage.

I will never send out an item that I don't believe in 100%. Please email me or drop me a DM on instagram with any questions you have.
