What is a sample? A sample is a one-off item I've created when testing new colours or designs
What is a second? A second is a slightly imperfect piece. Some reasons an item might be classed as a second would be: The colour does not match the rest of the set, the pattern placement, slight imperfections such as a small smudge to the paint or glitter, light surface scratches, the shape may be not perfect i.e a circle may be slightly more oval shaped, tarnished jump rings, the colour of the piece has cured darker than I'd planned etc
What is an end-of-line? End-of-line items are the last of a set, these are items that would usually sell at full price but they are the last one so do not have a pair or set to sit with when put out at markets or in store.
